All our patient records are kept on computer. We can assure all patients of complete confidentiality. Your rights are also protected by the Data Protection Act. The staff have access to medical records. All members of staff are bound by a robust confidentiality agreement.
Patients may request access to their records. This will be followed by an appointment with a GP who will be present whilst the patient has access to the records.
