Comments on any aspect of the Practice will be received with interest. We are keen to provide a high standard of service.
Please help us to do so. Comments, complaints or grievances should be passed directly to the Practice Manager. The practice reserves the right to request the removal of a patient who is violent or abusive to the staff or other persons on the practice premises.
