 Your appointment will be made by contacting our reception team on 0161 980 3751  and then you will be seen by a Doctor at:

SHAY LANE MEDICAL CENTRE, HALE BARNS, CHESHIRE  WA15 8NZ

When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted by a receptionist and checked in for your appointment.

The doctor that you are seeing will have full access to your medical records and will order tests or arrange referral to a specialist if required. If you have arranged an appointment and then no longer require it please cancel the appointment through Dr Westwood’s reception team so it can then be offered to another patient.
